We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
Important: Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind or items that are unused but the customer wishes to return for other reasons.

- Missing items

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned due to change of mind
- Used items or items not in original condition
- Items that have been opened or unsealed (unless defective or damaged)
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care beyond reasonable inspection
How to Request a Return

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, CoolSpritz™ will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
