Thank you for shopping with CoolSpritz™.
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders to the destinations listed below.
Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Important: Address Verification
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at coolspritzstore@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order is delayed, lost, or returned because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, CoolSpritz™ will not be responsible for the resulting delay or failed delivery.
Where an order is returned to the sender, the customer may choose between:

Reshipping the order, subject to payment of reasonable reshipping costs; or

Receiving a refund, which may be reduced by any shipping or return costs that CoolSpritz™ cannot recover.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where CoolSpritz™ or the carrier is responsible for the delivery issue.
Estimated Delivery Times
The current estimated delivery time for both Spain and the United States is approximately 9 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, high-demand periods, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any estimated delivery information shown at checkout will apply to the specific order and delivery address.

Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address.
Additional Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping applies to all eligible orders.
For unusually large or heavy items, remote delivery locations, or destinations requiring special handling, additional shipping charges may apply. Any additional charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee that was not disclosed before placing the order.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available from the carrier.
Please allow several days after dispatch for the tracking page to display its first update. Some international shipments may show limited tracking information during certain stages of transit.
The absence of an immediate tracking update does not necessarily mean that the shipment has not been dispatched or is not in transit.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please:

Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Check with household members, neighbours, or the local delivery office.

Contact us at coolspritzstore@gmail.com within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the shipment with the supplier or carrier and provide an appropriate solution based on the outcome.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us promptly if your order appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product.
Include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs or videos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reshipment, or refund.
Where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the order, CoolSpritz™ will cover any applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges apply, responsibility for paying them will depend on the information displayed at checkout and the applicable law.
Any charges collected directly by CoolSpritz™ will be displayed before payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
